CONXTS provides a platform where brands can post content briefs and creators can submit deliverables in exchange for payment. We do not own or produce user-generated content.

Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant the brand and CONXTS a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute it in accordance with the brief and agreed terms.

Payments

• Brands must fund missions before creators begin work.
• Creators will receive payment once deliverables are approved.
• CONXTS may hold funds in escrow until completion.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Post harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or abuse others

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results from campaigns or content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CONXTS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
